Robins Crater Lake Pudding By Joanne Collins Robins Crater Lake Pudding For 4 to 6 servings you need: 1 cup of self raising flour 2 tablespoons of cocoa 1/2 cup of sugar 1/2 cup sultanas (optional) 1 eggs 4 tablespoons milk 50g of butter, melted 1 packet orange jelly crystals 2 cups of boiling water I didn't know that lots of people liked baked chocolate self saucing puddings until I came across this one. Turn the oven on to 180c Put the flour,cocoa,sugar and sultanas (if you want to use them) in a large mixing bowl.Stir with a fork.Break in the egg,measure and add the milk,then the melted butter. Now mix everything together with a fork.Butter or spray a baking dish about 23cm across.Spread the mixture in it,using a spatula. Sprinkle the jelly crystals over the top,then pour the boiling water gently over everything. Bake at 180c for about 30 minutes, until the centre of the pudding feels firm. Serve hot, alone or with some icecream.
